Elderly and non-tech-savvy users want a simple, secure way to message, call, and get help so that they can stay independent and connected to loved ones without frustration.

The Problem

digital inaccessibility for elderly and non-tech-savvy users, especially when it comes to essential communication and services. Many of these users struggle with complex, cluttered interfaces, accidental taps, and the inability to quickly access help in emergencies. This often leads to feelings of frustration, dependence on others, and even unsafe situations during urgent times.
